Service agreement
These Terms govern your use of FleetMobilis. By accessing the platform, you agree to use it only for lawful business operations related to onboarding and payment tracking.
Car tracking is not part of the currently available service scope. Any roadmap references are informational and do not constitute a binding delivery commitment.
Accounts and responsibilities
Companies are responsible for account security, user-role assignment, and ensuring that submitted data is accurate and lawfully collected from applicants and drivers.
You must not upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted features, or use the platform in ways that disrupt normal operations.
Plans, billing, and trial
Paid plans and feature limits are described on the pricing page. A 2-hour free trial may be offered once per account and cannot be reactivated after use.
Failure to maintain active payment status may result in feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or termination, subject to applicable law and notice obligations.
Data, availability, and liability
You retain responsibility for the data you submit. We provide the platform with commercially reasonable care, but continuous availability and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed at all times.
To the extent permitted by law, FleetMobilis is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including business interruption, lost profits, or data losses caused by third-party systems beyond our reasonable control.
Termination and updates
Either party may terminate access in accordance with the contract or applicable law. We may update these Terms from time to time and will post revised versions with updated effective dates.
