GDPR Notice

Effective date: March 29, 2026

Roles and legal basis

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), FleetMobilis generally acts as a processor when handling applicant and driver data on behalf of leasing-company customers, who act as controllers.

For limited operational data such as account administration, security logs, and support communications, FleetMobilis may act as a controller where legally required.

Processing activities

GDPR-relevant processing may include identity and contact data, onboarding records, screening-related fields, contract-signature events, appointment scheduling details, and payment status information.

Processing is carried out to deliver contracted services, maintain platform security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

International transfers and safeguards

Where data is transferred outside the UK/EU/EEA, FleetMobilis applies appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent lawful transfer mechanisms.

We require subprocessors to implement suitable confidentiality and security controls aligned with GDPR obligations.

Data subject rights

Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection rights as provided by GDPR, and may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Requests should generally be directed to the relevant company controller first. FleetMobilis will assist controller customers in responding to valid requests within legal timelines.

Incidents and supervisory authority

FleetMobilis maintains incident response procedures to identify, contain, and report personal data breaches as required by law and contract.

If you believe your rights were not respected, you may contact us at contact@FleetMobilis.com and/or lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
