Scope and platform purpose
FleetMobilis currently provides onboarding, waitlist management, contract preparation, and payment tracking workflows for vehicle leasing companies. Car tracking functionality is not available at this time.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when companies, team members, applicants, and drivers use the FleetMobilis platform.
Data we collect
We collect account and profile data such as names, business identifiers, contact details, role permissions, and login metadata needed to provide secure dashboard access.
During onboarding and contract workflows, we may process applicant-provided information, screening outcomes, uploaded documents, e-signature records, appointment details, and payment status history entered by authorized company users.
How we use data
We use personal data to operate onboarding and payment features, enforce package limits, maintain audit logs, improve reliability, and provide customer support.
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors and infrastructure providers required to deliver the service, under confidentiality and security obligations.
Retention and security
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet contractual commitments, and satisfy legal or compliance requirements. Retention periods may vary by company configuration and jurisdiction.
We apply technical and organizational controls including tenant isolation, role-based access, signed file access, logging, and access review practices to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
